Mercedes' own reversing camera (option code 218) sits neatly in the boot handle or above the number plate, shows dynamic guidelines that follow the steering, and switches on the moment reverse is selected. It's a better result than any aftermarket camera on the same car, and once coded it's indistinguishable from factory fit.
What we fit
- The genuine camera in the correct housing for the model — boot lid, tailgate or number-plate lamp
- The wiring loom to the head unit, routed as the factory would
- Coding of the option into the head unit and the car's data record
- Guideline calibration so the lines match the car's track and turning circle
